Upham Beach is located just a few blocks away from the Historic Corey Avenue. It is one of the only stretches of beach that you will find on St. Pete Beach not located behind a hotel.
There are 4 wooden walkways that will take you from the parking lot to the white sandy shores. It also features several volleyball courts that are open to the public every day of the week. Take a few steps north after arriving at the beach and you will find yourself at a rock jetty and the mouth of Blind Pass, which is a great location for surfing and fishing.

Upham Beach is the northernmost stretch of beach and spans across a four city block section of St. Pete Beach from 67th avenue to 71st avenue. If driving along Gulf Blvd, turn west onto 68th avenue and it will take you right to the white sands of Upham Beach.

Yes and No. This stretch of beach has metered parking that is enforced from 8 am until 8 pm. It costs $3.25 per hour or $15 for the entire day, but if you come after 8 pm, the parking is free.
