Windsurfing
You can windsurf anywhere along the nearly five miles of beach. The best places to go are Upham Beach, St. Pete Beach Park and Pass-a-Grille. All three have metered parking, but be aware that the St. Pete Beach Park is a Pinellas County park, so city parking permits are not valid. Parking at Pass-a-Grille is on Gulf Way between 1st and 22nd Avenues.
