All of our beaches are open to the public and you can walk unobstructed from Upham Beach at Blind Pass all the way to Pass-a-Grille Point, a distance of almost 5 miles. There are three main beach access areas on the island, Upham Beach, St. Pete Beach Park and Pass-a-Grille, all with metered parking.

SPB Parking Regulations

If You're On Foot
Many of the side streets west of Gulf Blvd and nearly all of the side streets in Pass-a-Grille have beach access. Most side streets require a "D" parking permit available only to residents.
